At Cheeky, we take hygiene (and your bits) seriously.
For that reason, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on any underwear — ever.
Even if you wore it just once or only tried it on “quickly”, we can’t take it back. It’s not you, it’s health regulations.
If there’s something wrong with your order (like the wrong size got sent or a manufacturing defect), drop us a WhatsApp or email and we’ll sort you out properly. No drama.
